Situation: Industrie- und Handelsbank AG had evolved over 60 years from a trade bank to a private bank serving a number of established swiss families. The bank wanted to reflect its wealth management activities while maintaining a very discreet image.

Solution: dai worked closely with management to reposition the bank in three areas:
- Renaming of the Bank to Privatbank IHAG
- Redesign of the corporate communications package
- Designed a special Privatbank IHAG pen and distributed it to all customersof the bank
